  • I have numerous certifications, qualifications, and experience to support my work and my process as a leadership development coach.

    I’m a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). This is a certification awarded by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) through a rigorous and extensive process. A PCC has 125+ training hours, 500+ hours of coaching experience, and is only certified based on ethical codes and best practices to serve you as a client.

    I’ve also earned three designations from the Institute of Excellence in Coaching (iPEC):

    ICF-accredited Certified Professional Coach (CPC)

    *More specifically, the ELI-MP certification gives me the authority to administer the Energy Leadership Index (ELI) which is a powerful assessment that evaluates your energy/action level in your attitude and perception of the world.     My Masters of Business Administration (MBA) also plays a large role in my coaching style with strategic approaches, frameworks, and techniques. Paired with my professional experience as a business-to-business marketer, communicator, and new business developer, my clients gain a unique perspective on the internal and external messages we receive as a society.

  • Nope! This call is for people who reach out to me and are interested in exploring coaching. There is no cost, but I do require personal reflection and due diligence before the call. This includes your responsibility to review the JB Coaching offerings, FAQ page, and client testimonials. I also encourage you to consider why you’re ready for a coach.

  • No, it’s a complimentary call for us to get a feel for each other and see if we’re an energetic fit.

    While it is free of charge, I do ask that you prepare prior to our call by taking some time to reflect and research on what brought you here and what you hope to get out of working together.

    When you’ve done your part, we can spend the majority of our call talking about what brought you here, where you want to go, and why you’re ready to commit. This also gives you space to ask any further questions you have. We’ll spend the last 15-minutes coaching so you leave with a sense of what it's like to get coached, a feel for my style, and even a few insights and forward-moving actions.

  • The Core Energy Coaching approach is about coaching from the inside out – that’s where invisible blocks fester. I help tap into your inner purpose and passions to connect them with your outer world. This energy-focused method creates extraordinary results and sustainable transformation.

    I use the Energy Leadership Index (ELI) to supplement our work together. This attitudinal assessment is vastly different from the standard personality tests often used in coaching. The ELI is based on an energy/action model that measures energy based on your attitude and perspective. This type of information provides us with actionable insights and feedback.

    You’ll learn about the 7 levels of energy leadership and how much energy you have in the catabolic-suppressing range and in the anabolic-inspirational range. And since attitude is subjective, it can be altered. So, we’ll work together to help you show up as an authentic leader – one who honors and pursues their dreams as they evolve.

With that being said, the length of the coaching process and the time it takes to cultivate the results you're looking for varies.

    My advice?

    Lean in. Trust the process and you’ll begin to witness a shift every session. Awareness is the first step to change. The more you uncover, the more tools you have to work towards your desired change – big or small. It’s in these shifts, serendipitous occurrences, and “aha” moments that clients gain traction toward their goals.

  • I love this question and ask in response… if you had to put a value on your desired outcome what would it be? What is the investment worth?

    Many clients share that the value they receive is beyond monetary value (some might say priceless).

    Our sessions are a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space for you to process and reflect on your personal growth and professional development, guided by a certified leader who is your advocate and truly believes in you. You can’t find that anywhere else.

  • → We start with a Get Acquainted Call to see if we’re a fit. If our partnership feels aligned, we’ll move forward.

    → You’ll choose a package and decide if you’d like to take the Energy Leadership Index (ELI) assessment (recommended for new clients).

    → You’ll take some time to discern your intentions, goals, and potential barriers to success before launching into our first session.

    → From there, we’ll meet weekly for your first 3 to 4 coaching sessions. Sessions are 45-minute video or phone calls.

    → After the first few sessions, we take a pulse of your progress and move to bi-weekly calls if it feels appropriate. It’s up to you and what you want. You drive the agenda and I hold you accountable.

    As the client, you come to each call with the topic for discussion. Sometimes you’ll choose ahead of time, and sometimes it will evolve naturally. We’ll discuss why and how you can define success beyond the status quo through your actions and mindset.

    → We close with an insight, action, and accountability plan. From there, the options to stay involved are endless. I also offer membership programs that give you access to ongoing leadership development content, a community to connect with on these topics, and exclusive group coaching programs.
